Summary and Background: At the June 14th Town Council Work Session, Town staff presented a general overview of short-term rentals and various strategies that could be considered going forward. The Town of Frisco began regulating short-term rentals on May 1, 2019. At the end of 2019, the Town had issued just love r400 STR licenses.
