Copper Mountain Resort gets new upgrades

The Colorado resort recently announced long-awaited capital improvement plans.

When the weather starts warming up for spring and the snow starts melting, ski resorts turn their attention to future planning and construction. For both skiers and snowboarders, the most anticipated projects are new ski lifts, which translate to faster access to the slopes and more terrain to enjoy.

Lift manufacturer Doppelmayr has been contracted to build the new Kokomo high-speed quad at Copper Mountain, announced Powdr Adventure Lifestyle Co. in a statement. Spring Break, Rockies Style

Spring breakers don’t need to shell out a fortune to spend their free time enjoying life in the sunshine. 

Breck Spring Fever is back and ready to bring exciting music, thrilling competitions, and incredible blue bird days to Colorado. Here in the Rockies, we celebrate the beginning of spring season big time. In fact, we celebrate with a month-long party that everyone is invited to and that takes place all around the beautiful town of Breckenridge.

The festival starts with the GoPro Mountain Challenge on March 18-19, continuing through March 22-26 with Breck Pride, then on April 1st the Mtn Dew Spring Open competition starts.
