The Silverthorne Real Estate market continues to gain strength. The median price per square foot has increased 14.3% in July of 2021 from July of 2020.

SUMMIT COUNTY MARKET UPDATE FOR JUNE OF 2021

June 2021 Activity Snapshot Percent changes calculated using year-over-year comparisons.

 Monthly Indicators One-Year Change in New Listings were down 3.3 percent for single-family homes and 4.7 percent for townhouse-condo properties. Pending Sales landed at 112 for single-family homes and 146 for townhouse-condo properties.
