If you are seeking convenience to the ski slopes as well as the restaurants and shops on Main Street, here are a few Breckenridge neighborhoods to absolutely keep in mind!
Village at Breckenridge. Located just two blocks from all of the hot spots of Main Street, Breckenridge and the base of Peak 9. Ski-In Ski-Out via the Quicksilver Super Chairlift. For an added bonus, the complimentary Breckenridge Shuttle can pick you up in front of the complex and take you to numerous locations in Summit County. However, most feel they have everything at their fingertips from this premium location.
Main Street Station. This is a fantastic complex and a Wyndham property just steps to the ski area at Peak 9 and directly on Main Street. Within the building, you will find access to restaurants such as Sauce on the Maggie, and other services such as yoga and massage.
Mountain Thunder Lodge. This property is located close to downtown and is across the street from the gondola. Ski home via the lower Four O'Clock ski run. Residents and guests have access to a private shuttle and the amenities at One Ski Hill Place which include a bowling alley.
Water House on Main Street. This is a newer property which is a stone's throw away from the Peak 9 ski base area and Main Street. Enjoy ski valet and concierge services from these luxury condos.
One Ski Hill Place. One of the premier condo addresses in Breckenridge, directly at the base of Peak 8 and the gondola. This has ski valet, an onsite restaurant, bowling alley, and spa and wellness facility.
Crystal Peak Lodge. This is a prime location at the base of Peak 7 and the gondola. These luxury condos offer convenience to the slopes and an easy gondola ride down to town.
Shock Hill. Gondola-In, Gondola-Out for the premier Shock Hill neighborhood. This is located a short gondola ride away from the Peak 7 and Peak 8 ski base areas and an easy ride from downtown, Breckenridge. The Shock Hill community offers the Breckenridge Nordic Center and an abundance of open space. You may view the open space map below. This neighborhood includes a few smaller subdivisions including Shock Hill Overlook, Cottages and Shock Hill, Shock Hill Landing and Cucumber Patch at Shock Hill.
