One Ski Hill Place Homes for Sale
One Ski Hill Place, A RockResort, is scheduled to open winter of 2009 and 2010 and will be ideally located at the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort, one of the most popular ski resorts in North America. It will be comprised of approximately 250 to 300 units, with the first building of 90 units available for sale December 2007.
Featuring high ceilings, natural wood and stone materials, a stunning living room with fireplace and large windows with breathtaking alpine views, One Ski Hill Place will be among the most luxurious accommodations in Breckenridge.
Its 90 luxury, ski-in/ski-out residences will range from studios to four-bedrooms and from approximately 500 to 2,000 square feet. Each residence will include wood floors in the kitchen, granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, a five-piece master bath, stone fireplace, spacious deck and high-speed wireless Internet access.
The construction of One Ski Hill Place will uphold RockResorts’ pledge to the environment and will be built sustainable using the Green Globes rating system. The building will use recycled materials, low energy windows, fiber cement siding, faucet and toilet sensors in the common areas, engineered hardwood flooring, native stone, Energy Star appliances and water-saving devices.
One Ski Hill Place is just steps from four chairlifts, providing easy access to Peaks 7, 8, 9 & 10 and to the charming Town of Breckenridge via the new seasonal BreckConnect Gondola.
It will be the centerpiece of Breckenridge Peaks, a lively village offering a variety of lodging, dining and entertainment options. The Breckenridge Peaks' proposed amenities include a sunny slopeside skiers' plaza, skier restaurant, lively après-ski bar, owner’s ski lounge, 5,000-square-foot conference center and heated underground parking. Also proposed are two movie lounges; a game room, a fitness center with sports massage rooms, steam room and a sauna; and an aquatics center with two swimming pools, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub and outdoor fireplace.
