If a borrower is non US citizen but is lawfully a permanent or non-permanent resident of the United States the same lending terms that are available to US citizens will be available.  This assumes that the borrower also has a US credit history.

If the borrower is a foreign national, which is defined as having no lawful residence and no US credit history, but only a guest in the US then we have no lending options for these individuals at this time.
