The Grand Lodge on Peak 7:
Located at the base of the Breckenridge Peak 7 area and across from the Breck-Connect Gondola and Independence Super-Chair. Ski in/Ski out slope-side accommodations with direct access to Peak 8. Construction began in may of 2007 and the first phase should be complete for the 2009-2010 ski season. Ownership is sold in weekly fractions from multiple weeks, fixed weeks or floating weeks.
The Grand Lobby has incredible ski area views from every angle, offering a full service wet bar and piano lounge with a dramatic 2 story stone fireplace burning real wood for that original and rustic mountain lodge experience.
Units will come in 2, 3 and 4 bedroom floor-plans. The average size of a unit will be between 1240 to 1265 sq. feet.
Amenities at Grand Lodge at Peak Seven include a slope-side restaurant and bar, indoor/outdoor pools with hot tubs steam rooms and sauna. A front desk staff with bellman, concierge and shuttle service to town. High speed wireless internet in each room. Fitness and exercise rooms, kids game room and underground parking.
Grand Lodge has a full service spa, "Soothe Day Spa," complete with private grotto water feature. There is a complete state of the art fitness center with multiple windows facing over the mountains and valley below! What a way to work out!
Direct access to many Forest Service cross country and nordic ski trails and across the way from the famous Peaks Trail offering a unique snow shoeing, mountain biking or hiking experience between Breckenridge and the town of Frisco with multiple stream crossings for your splashing pleasure. Watch for Moose if you dare take on the Peaks Trail they are prevalent to the area.
