There are a total of 81 townhomes and duplexes in this community. The homes have hot water heating, and public water and sewer. Homeowners have a small amount of acreage, ranging from .3 to .11 acres. The properties were built between 1999 and 2002. Some homes are directly on Willow Creek and others offer views of the river and mountains. You will find the townhomes on Creek Lane and Mountain Vista Lane. Duplexes can be found on Range View Circle and Rocky Run Lane.
