MW Submits Final Site Plan to Town of Silverthorne - Dec 20th, 2018Milender White has submitted its Fourth Street Crossing Final Site Plan to the Town of Silverthorne. The final plan will go through another review with town staff, a second hearing before the Planning Commission (targeting early March) and then another hearing with Town Council (targeting mid-March). With final approval, Milender White aims to break ground next spring.
“Based on Council feedback, we have made a few adjustments to the plan, but the programming has not changed,” said Tim Fredregill, Development Executive for Milender White. “The most noticeable difference is in the architecture.
