560 Night Chant | Wooden Canoe | Frisco Colorado

This is a beautiful home I showed a few days ago in the premier Water Dance neighborhood. The home has been meticulously cared for by its original owners and has a peaceful setting with a seasonal stream running along the side of the property which you may hear from several windows. The home has a gourmet kitchen and a nice and open living area with several seating areas. The upstairs offers a stunning master suit and crisp, upscale bathroom. You feel as if you are walking into a five-star hotel. Just bring your suit case.

Downstairs offers a basement level which could be finished off into a fourth bedroom or an entertainment area.

This home is an entertainer's dream! Walk to Main Street, the

753 Hunters Circle in Frisco, Colorado

A beautiful new home was listed today in the quiet community of Mountain Side. The property has three bedrooms and three full baths and is within walking distance to downtown, Frisco and is steps from the bike path. The home has tasteful finishes and furniture, including a rock fireplace and well laid out kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The Colorado sunshine seeps in through the multiple windows.

There is a nice sunny deck for dining al fresco and entertaining outdoors. The home has an extra living area downstairs for a nice separation of space. The Mountainside neighborhood also features a fantastic shared clubhouse with a swimming pool, tennis courts and multiple hot tubs.

Summer has finally arrived in beautiful Summit County, and what better time to look at the local real estate market conditions.

For the month of May, the number of real estate sales have gone up in comparison to April as well as that of average sold prices in the area. Inventory is still low but rising due to normal seasonal fluctuations, and interest is high, so we are seeing continued strong under contract activity across the board. Let’s take a closer look:

Interestingly enough, the number of active listings in Breckenridge is within compelling distance of the previous years’ numbers. This is great for buyers, however we are still in a competitive market and a good example of that is the condo and townhome sales averaging 98%
