Have a Look at The Keystone Condo Market Conditions

This week the median list price for condos in the Keystone and Dillon area is $575,000 with the market action index hovering around 42. This is an increase over last month's market action index of 39. Inventory has held steady at or around 81.

It seems to be a favorable market for sellers.

 

Dillon and Keystone Condo sales continue to outstrip supply and the market action index has been increasing over the past several weeks. One would expect increased pricing pressure if this trend continues.

August in Summit County is the most beautiful time of the year, and the most popular to visit the area. But what about the real estate conditions for the past month? Let's take a look at the local market July of 2017. 

In July the average sale prices of real estate transactions for the entire county was up by approximately 10%, with a few number of sales  just below that figure. Inventory shows some gains from the month before, and although the number of properties under contract been up, the average prices have also shown a strong increase. Let’s take a closer look:

Beautiful Home in the Reserve

Recently, I have shown a beautiful home in Frisco Reserve. The home has an airy, open living area and kitchen with elegant flagstone on the entry way floors and on the grand fireplace. The lower level has two bedrooms, a second living/entertainment room, a dry sauna and wine storage. Another great feature of this beautiful home on Rose Crown is the upstairs level is dedicated to the master suite, offering a great separation of living areas and privacy. There is also another bedroom on the main level as well as convenient access to the ample sized laundry room.
