Frisco Transit Center gets a complete redesign

One of the best known local destinations in Frisco is getting a major facelift!

This popular local spot is located between Safeway and Whole Foods Market, at the heart of the town and was originally built in 1998. The major community hub and transportation center includes the county’s Summit Stage public transit system, shuttle service companies and a Hertz car rental location among many other shopping destinations.

Some of Frisco’s most beautiful communities are located near the area: properties such as the luxurious Frisco Town Subdivision, the Lagoon Homes with amazing lake Dillon views, the newly developed Drake Landing, and Cabin Creek Condos, only steps from downtown Frisco.

Breckenridge becomes the center of the ice sculpting world in the coming weeks

A much anticipated and greatly celebrated event takes place in the town of Breckenridge starting this Tuesday, January 24.

Surrounded by the spectacular Rocky Mountains, the Budweiser International Snow Sculpture Championships in Breckenridge is a world class event with 26 years of history. Watch as talented ice artists from around the world skillfully combine grueling physicality with precision artistry in an ice carving competition that has become a true Breckenridge tradition. 

The Championship sculpting gets underway on January 24-28 for Sculpting Week, and from January 28 - February 5th 2017 for Viewing Week. The competition gets heated as groups of artists

The Town of Frisco turns recycling into a community event

The holidays are all about traditions and memories, and the Christmas tree is the strongest symbol of them all. According to the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), North Americans buy about 33 million fresh cut Christmas trees every year. We enjoy them throughout the holidays, but when the season is over our attention turns to packing up the decorations until next year.
